Privacy policy

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, order notes and email if you add one, when you order or create an account.

We use these details to fulfil and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell them to anyone.

Your details are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored scrambled, so nobody can read them. Only authorised store staff can see order details.

If you choose to order on WhatsApp, your message is also covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, and your browser keeps your cart and wishlist on your device. We also use Cloudflare's statistics to measure visits to the site.

You can edit your details or delete your account on the My account page. For any other request about your data, message us on WhatsApp.
